This is the most rude service I have ever experienced. As an AAA member, they were dispatched to help me and Carlos had an attitude from the time he picked up the phone to tow my van back home. HE DEMANDED THAT I PAY CASH and that he couldn't accept my boyfriend's card payment. Never gave us any other option as to how to pay other than cash and was upset when we called AAA and the representative on the phone, Sir Johnny, ACTUALLY provided a solution.

He then proceeded to RECORD ME ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE without my consent! I have filed a police report against him for this. So I hope that he is fully aware of the consequences to come.

He began to cuss at me telling me to get the f**k away from his truck and he drove off leaving me, my boyfriend and my 3 kids on the side of the road. I reached out to the manager, who told my boyfriend "WHO YOU ARE DOESN'T MATTER" and "so what, I don't know what you want me to do."

Come to find out the next Tow Company said that they were double charging me for the mile overage in the first place. High Desert was charging me $60 for 12 miles over when the other company only charged me $30 for 11 miles over... THIS COMPANY WAS A RIPOFF FROM THE START.

My father has reached out to the Better Business Bureau and my uncle who is also a cop out in California and will be seeing that they both get what they deserve from their lack of care for my children and terrible service.
